I found some cool mods for the Boss bd2 and the Boss Cs3 in the net.
I love pedals and modding them! I am posting
here a mod for a Boss Br blues driver pedal and a Boss Cs3 pedal.
I hope you enjoy performing them in your pedals!
To mod the Boss blues driver follow the next instructions changing the components for the new values:
C14: 22uf
C8: 1uf
C17: 1uf
C19: 1uf
C18: 0.1uf
C9: Remove (no jumper)
D8: led
D10: led
D9: (remove) jumper
C100 (Under pots): 0.47
This mod will make you bd2 sound fuller.
The boss Cs3 can also be easily modified:
R36: 100 ohms
C2: 0.1 uf
C1: 0.22 uf
C13: (2) 1uf caps wired in parallel
R5: 470 ohms
R32: Remove and jumper
D10: Remove and jumper
